Planned Giving

Thank you for considering a donation to the Catholic Parish of Forster-Tuncurry. Our parish is very grateful for the donations we receive to help us with the running costs of the church, office and hall. Your donations allow us to continue to support our Parish with prayer resources, parish programs, events and more.

There are a few options for contributing through planned giving:

• planned giving envelopes
• bank transfers
• Mass Times App
• online payments
• direct debit or credit card

Planned Giving Envelopes

Planned giving envelopes can be collected from the Parish Office. Envelopes can be placed on the collection plate during Mass.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfers can be set up through your internet banking portal or at the branch you bank with as a one-off or monthly payment. Contact the Parish Office to receive our bank account details.

Mass Times App

The Mass Times App from the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle gives you the option of making a donation to a parish of your choice. Setup regular electronic parish giving or contribute to one-off, specific local parish fundraising events electronically. You can download the app for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Just search for ‘Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle’ and click install on your mobile or tablet. Select your local parish and go to “Giving” to set up a payment.

Direct Debit & Credit Card

Direct debit and credit card planned giving payments are automatic monthly payments which allow you to continue to contribute even if you are unable to attend Mass. If you would like to be set up for electronic planned giving by direct debit or credit card please download and complete the form below. Forms can also be collected from the Parish Office.

Online Payments

Online payments to the Catholic Parish of Forster-Tuncurry can be made through the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle website.

To claim a tax deduction on your donation you will need to provide your planned giving number, if you do not have a planned giving number please contact the parish office and we will provide you with one.
